My Missing Laptop (bad experience - Essay Writing)

If I brought my laptop when I went back to my hometown last month, I would not have to use my friend's laptop to do my assignment. I never thought that my laptop would be stolen right a week after I left my brother's house for holidays. I could only saw my laptop's bag when I went back to Jambi. It was stolen as well as the charger and the earphone.

I was playing my hand phone at my parents' house when
my brother called my father and told him about the robbery. I was shock. I did not remember anything about my laptop at that time. All that I was thinking about was my motorcycle. Did my motorcycle was stolen too? I had that thought when my brother told my father about his motorcycle that was stolen. I felt bad when I knew that my motorcycle was safe but my brother's was gone. It was complicated. I felt happy but guilty at the same time. I could not happy at my brother's missing, right? And I felt more complicated when I went back to Jambi and found that my laptop was gone. What an uneasy feeling that I felt at that time.

It was a big lost for me. I lost only my laptop, but it sure was a big problem, though. All the files that I kept since my senior high school years were gone. Nothing left. It was including all the videos, photos, assignments, and all the fiction stories that I made since I was in junior high school. It was my bad that I did not have any back up files.

Now, I have no laptop. I do not have enough saving, and I cannot just ask my parents to buy a new one. Fortunately, I still have relatives and friends that allow me to use their laptops. At least I can still do my assignment without going out to find a "warnet". That is a relieve, though.
